Our Mission

 We are dedicated to co-constructing healing, resilience, and growth by providing anti-oppressive social work and psychotherapy services to Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour (BIPOC), as well as Queer, Trans, and Non-Binary communities. Our approach is grounded in cultural humility, respect, and empathy.

Our Vision

To cultivate a community that offers anti-oppressive mental health support, empowering BIPOC, Queer, Trans, and Non-Binary individuals to reclaim their narratives. We strive to embrace neurodiversity and build resilience against systemic, societal, and cultural challenges
